Privacy Policy

Modern Human ("we", "us") provides physician-led health and longevity services in the Philippines. Because our work involves your health, we treat your privacy as a clinical duty, not a formality. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you book a consult, subscribe to our newsletter, or message us.
• Health information you share with our clinical team during consultations, progress reviews, and concierge messaging, including your goals, medical history, measurements, and any laboratory results you provide.
• Payment records for consultations, programs, and refills. We do not store your card or bank credentials; payments are handled by our payment providers.

Why we collect it

• To provide your care: consultations, protocol design, prescriptions, progress reviews, and support between sessions.
• To manage your protocol and orders, including delivery of medications through licensed pharmacy partners.
• To contact you about your protocol, appointments, and account.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who can access your information

Your health information is accessed only by the Modern Human clinical team involved in your care. We share the minimum necessary information with licensed pharmacy partners to compound and dispense your prescriptions, with delivery providers to fulfill orders, and with payment processors to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health information for marketing.

How we protect it

Records are stored in access-controlled systems, limited to authorized personnel, and retained only as long as required for your care and by Philippine law on medical records. When information is no longer required, it is securely disposed of.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access and correct your data, to object to processing, to request erasure or blocking where legally permitted, to data portability, and to be indemnified for damages caused by misuse of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@modernhuman.ph. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to measure how our advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. The pixel records which pages you open on modernhuman.ph and whether you reached the booking page, opened the booking form, or completed a booking request.

The pixel never receives your name, contact details, health history, laboratory results, consultation notes, or anything you share with a physician. Booking details are removed from the page address before any advertising tag runs, so no personal detail is passed to Meta. Your consultation record is held in our clinical system and is never used for advertising.

You can limit this by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Blocking it does not affect your ability to book or attend a consultation.
